Bryan Burch, MS, PT, OCS, SCS: Bryan has over 35 years experience as a physical therapist focusing on orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. He has directed and owned Burch Physical Therapy, Center for Orthopaedic and Sports Rehabilitation since 1995. Bryan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma and Rocky Mountain University, respectively. Bryan holds two board certifications as an Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS) and Sports Specialist (SCS). In 2014, Bryan Burch became a TPI certified golf fitness instructor.

Kim Wilkes, PT: Kim has been a physical therapist for over 30 years. The majority of her career, she has worked in orthopaedic and sports medicine, and she worked for many years with the Denver Bronco Sports Medicine Centers. She and her husband, Ed, recently moved to Redding from Las Vegas, NV. She stays active by hiking with their 2 yellow labs.

Michael Hansen, PT, DPT: Michael graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. He graduated in 2016 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA. He has had experience in several outpatient clinics and has a strong interest in orthopedics, manual therapy and sports medicine. He is a member of the APTA (Orthopedic and Research sections) and is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy. In his spare time, Michael enjoys hiking, cycling and spending time with his family.

Charles Alexander, PT, DPT: Charles graduated from California State University of Sacramento in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. In 2017 he graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. He has a variety of clinical experiences and a strong interest in orthopedics, movement science, and neurological rehabilitative science. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and a member of the California Physical Therapy Association. In his free time, he often enjoys hiking with his wife, taking care of his yellow lab, and spending time with family.

Patti Bovee, PTA, CLT, CPT: Patti earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences – Health Studies from Portland State University. She is a certified lymphedema therapist, licensed physical therapist assistant, licensed massage therapist and a certified personal trainer. She has experience working with post breast cancer, post-surgical, aquatic, land and lymphedema patients.

Heather Sanford, PTA: Heather is a 2014 graduate of the Carrington College of California Physical Therapist Assistant program. Prior to physical therapy, Heather worked as a CMT for 6 years. Heather plans to further her education with classes in orthopedic and sports medicine.

Jessica Eddington, PTA: Jessica received her B.S in Physical Fitness Education and Health Education from Portland State University in 2004 and her degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Lane Community College in 2014. She also has her Health Fitness Instructor certification through ACSM.

Jessica and her husband recently moved to Redding from Oregon and enjoy spending time in the outdoors doing various activities from trail running to stand up paddle boarding. During the winter they snowboard most weekends and recently got into backcountry snowboarding. Jessica also has a passion for portrait and landscape photography, and loves to explore new places with her camera.

Dede: CPT: Dede is the Fitness Coordinator, Manager and a fitness professional. She has an Associates in Science from Shasta College. Dede has been Certified thru ACE since 2000. She enjoys hobbies like hiking, biking, kayaking, as well as many other outdoor adventures. She also enjoys sitting by the fire with a hot cup of tea. Dede has a positive outlook on life, and believes positive energy creates positive outcome!

Ashli Winkler, CPT: Ashli is the director and fitness professional at Burch Performance Center. Ashli has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Oregon. Ashli has been a personal trainer since 2001 and is certified through ISSA. Hobbies include working out, running, hiking, doing anything outside and spending time with her husband and three children.

Lisa Murphy, Human Resources: Lisa has been addressing Burch Physical Therapy’s administrative needs since 2005. In her free time she enjoys reading and gaming. She is available to answer any questions regarding staffing or human resources needs at
